退訂通知與賠償約定 Cancellation Policy Aggreement
您可通知本民宿退訂，但應依下列標準賠償：
一、通知退訂於出發日前第十四日以前者，或因天災等不可抗力因素不克前來金門者，退還所有已收訂金及住宿費用。Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival or due to natural disasters.
二、通知退訂於出發日前第十日至第十三日以內者，賠償住宿費用百分之十。 Cancellation less than 10 days prior, we charge 10% of total room rate.
三、通知退訂於出發日前第八日至第十日以內者，賠償住宿費用百分之二十。 Cancellation less than 8 days prior, we charge 20% of total room rate.
四、通知退訂於出發日前第四日至第七日以內者，賠償住宿費用百分之三十。 Cancellation less than 4 days prior, we charge 30% of total room rate.
五、通知退訂於出發日前一日至第三日以內者，賠償住宿費用百分之七十。 Cancellation less than 1 days prior, we charge 70% of total room rate.
六、通知退訂於出發當日或以後者，賠償住宿費用百分之一百。Refunds will not be available for cancellations on the day of arrival or after.
